Dr. Glode is a Professor of Medicine at the University of Colorado Cancer Center and holds the Robert Rifkin Chair. He holds the only U.S. IND for Silibinin given orally and initiated the world's only phase I trial of this agent, demonstrating its exceptional safety profile. Working with the co-founders, he was the PI on the STTR grant that led to the first sunscreen prototype containing silibin in a formulation that penetrates skin layers.
Theresa Pacheco, MD
Dr. Pacheco's interests includePigmentation Genetics, Cutaneous Oncology, including high risk skin cancers, (solid organ transplant patients) and Cutaneous Lymphomas.
She has also applied her passion for research to the 7-year discovery of traits that will better understand sun damage and aging skin. She is involved in all aspects of minimally invasive cosmetic treatments.
Tom Anchordoquy, PhD
Dr. Anchordoquy is a Professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Colorado School of Pharmacy. He has worked in the area of formulation for over 25 years, and developed the Silitration process used in the proprietary ProTechSure technology.
Rajesh Agarwal, PhD
Dr. Agarwal is a Professor of Cancer Pharmacology and Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Colorado School of Pharmacy. His basic science research discovered silibinin for epithelial cancer chemoprevention. His ground-breaking findings also proved that silibinin is a “DNA-damage sensor” in skin, irrespective of the cause of such damage. These findings are the foundation of ProTechSure's patent pending skin products.
Justin Morgan is currently Vice President of Business Development for Protechsure Scientific Inc. Justin has almost two decades of experience in the Professional and Consumer Product skin care market. Prior to joining Protechsure, Justin was the COO of Ageless Esthetics, an importer and distributor of high-end international cosmeceutical brands to five star resorts around the US. Under Justin’s operational leadership, Ageless Esthetics more than doubled its revenues and added numerous new brands to the stable of products offered. Before joining Ageless, Justin was the VP of Operations and R&D for Dr. Obagi’s company ZO Skin Health, where he led the scale up of all manufacturing, distribution, customer service, education, and international distribution. Justin also held management positions with BioMedic and Philosophy, as well as with Riley-Nacht which provided development consulting services to the industry. Justin earned a B.A. with Honors in Economics from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
Adam has a passion for and in-depth experience building organizations from the ground up. Linda Pancratz is currently Chairman and CEO of Mountain Capital, LLC, an investment company, is President of ELM Family Foundation and serves on a variety of corporate and non profit boards.
Linda has extensive international business and corporate governance experience, as well as broad based management and leadership experience on both sides of the Atlantic. She retired as Chairman of the Board and CEO of TDL Infomedia Limited, a publishing and media business in the United Kingdom. After completing a management buyout of the company, she started a variety of businesses, created a few European joint ventures and served on a number of corporate boards across Europe. Under Linda's leadership at TDL Infomedia, a subsidiary was recognized as one of the “Times Top 100 Companies in the UK,” received the “Investors in People Award” and the pension company was recognized for “Trustee Excellence” as well as being named the “Best Small Pension Scheme in the UK.” Prior to moving to the UK, she held a number of senior management positions at US West, a global telecommunications company.
Linda earned a BS in business administration from the University of North Dakota, graduating with honors, and received an honorary doctor of letters in 2014 from UND. She also attended the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University completing their executive programs.
Albert H Stahmer, M.B.A. has over 30 years diversified business experience. Co-founder and president of Stahmer Weston Scientific, a manufacturer and marketer of products for the healthcare and laboratory industry. Primary focus has been on the identification and development of new products and markets, as well as extensive executive management experience.
Richard R. Wheeler
Richard has held several executive-level financial positions with various companies. Among these was CFO Clean Energy, a leader in mid-stream natural gas, and CFO at Blue Energy and Technologies, LLC, a natural gas fueling company that was acquired by Clean Energy in 2002. Prior to entering private industry, Richard spent eight years in the audit division of Arthur Andersen LLP. He has extensive experience in buying and selling businesses, raising capital, building financial departments, and structuring complex transactions. Richard has an MBA and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Colorado.
